Partners Ashé Cultural Arts Center and Opera Créole Announce Their Participation in
“Concert Across America to End Gun Violence”

NEW ORLEANS, LA – August 24, 2017 – Ashé Cultural Arts Center and Opera Créole are proud to announce their joint participation in Concert Across America to End Gun Violence. The nationwide event will be held Sunday, September 24, 2017; 6:00-7:30 PM at Ashé Power House, 1731 Baronne Street in New Orleans. This will be one of several concerts held across the USA, each connected via social media and online at concertacrossamerica.org.

The mission of the Concert Across America is to remember the tremendous loss of life that gun violence has cost our communities. We join this movement that calls recognition to a unified attempt to stop it through the power of music and to support local entities that work to curtail gun violence.
